No. Projects, persistent sessions, recovery, agent states, editor, git and AI usage stay free, with no account.
Most of what people who use agents already pay is in dollars, and this way the price is the same everywhere.
Persisty goes back to the free plan. Nothing is lost: saved restore points can still be restored and requests already in the queue are still delivered.
Not all the time. The licence is signed and valid for 14 days offline; the app renews it on its own when there is a connection.
